Klarna made headlines back in February when they said that AI is now doing the work of 700 customer service agents.
Now they are making headlines again because they have used AI to replace both Salesforce and Workday in their organization.
This news is especially impressive because Salesforce and Workday are generally relied on by the majority of employees of companies that use them.
So the question is how did they do this?
The answer is they built an AI powered digital brain for their company.
They call their digital brain “Kiki”.
